Le service central est actif.

• Base URL : https://hubspot.anagramme.net
• Healthcheck : /health
• Callback HubSpot à déclarer : https://hubspot.anagramme.net/oauth/callback
• Inscription projet : POST /api/register-project
• Refresh formulaires : POST /api/forms/refresh
• Chatflows : GET /api/chatflows
• Refresh chatflows : POST /api/chatflows/refresh

Le CMS client ne doit pas contenir les clés HubSpot. Il appelle seulement ce service central.
